Nice hotel nice location for official work .staff very helpful . I always prefer this because of location good service.Station is near one so u can go anywhere very easily. For family also stay very safely.

Hotel near to airport and midc where most industries located. It's near exhibition center . Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Cleaning also good. Reception staff guide you well very polite .near to highway I am staying from last 15 days over here. Best part Wi-Fi service.

For my relatives I booked this hotel as they came from Kerala it's really nice , clean hotel.Staff is helpful . Near to Andheri station and airport. They have valet parking so no worries regarding parking

We booked Nishita residency from the 16th August ( 3 nights) as the kids were playing a chess tournament nearby and we needed rooms near the venue for them to rest for a few hours each day-12 to 3 pm We booked at the full per night rate listed on a travel website , for an executive room On our arrival we were checked into a room . About 30 minutes later just as we were settled , another guest was sent to our room to check in and we were unceremoniously told to shift , as apparently the hotel had allotted the ‘ wrong room ‘ to us We were moved to a tiny room reeking of cigarette smoke , apparently the executive room Asked to be shifted to a bigger room and after paying cash at the venue ( awaiting receipt ) we were moved . Throughout this the staff acted extremely rude and and is the whole thing was our fault The listing says free parking .There is parking for just 3 cars( even if you offer to pay ) We had to park on a garbage heap nearby on two of the days Finally , on 18th while leaving , we requested the hotel for a late checkout on 19th , till 2pm . ( Considering we had been staying only a few hours each day and paying full rate , and the hotel was almost empty , we thought this should be okay ) We had to argue with the extremely aggressive and rude pair at the front desk who insisted our ‘ 3 days are over ‘ ; and finally managed to explain to them that if we were staying the night , with a 3 nights booking 16th , 17th ,18th , we would in fact be using the room on 19th till check out . They remained rude and argumentative until finally we had to leave . Going back today only to pick up a few things we have left in the room Today avoidable experience .

The one star is because there is no option for zero stars... My wife had booked this hotel for my son who was participating in a tournament nearby and couldn’t keep coming back home in the daytime.. so we used it only for 3-4 hours in the day and hence managed to get by.. Coming to the review... Firstly it’s a hotel run by thugs and liars.. They will never give you the room you book and downgrade you or want extra money... Secondly while on trip advisor they proudly talk about “Free Parking” they “forget” to mention that they have only 3 parking slots.....Thirdly it’s next to a garbage dump so be prepared to assault your noses with that stench...Fourthly the staff talk like thugs/ goons / total gangster types who can’t be reasoned with at all ... as they will rudely shout you down for everything... Come here ONLY if you want some sadistic pleasure in living in a wretched “hotel” situated on a garbage dump...
